Twelve Days of Christmas- Imzadi Style
Days Nine and Ten
Day Nine
On the Ninth day of Christmas my Imzadi gave to me:
Nine Wedding Bells
"Why did we have to choose Christmas time to get married?" Will asked himself as he dressed for the ceremony. "I know it's her favourite Earth holiday, but good greif! At least we are not in Alaska right now. She'd hate it about now."
"You almost ready?" Geordy poked his head through the door.
"Yes, just a little nervous." Will replied.
Geordy entered the room and shut the door. "I'd worry about you if you weren't."
Will chuckled. "Well, at least someone would."
"You need any help?" Geordy offerred.
"Well, maybe with the cufflinks."
Geordy assisted Will with his cufflinks.
"Is Wesley, Worf, and Data almost ready too?" Will asked.
"They're more than ready. Worf is on pens and needles wanting to get this Earth ceremony over with so he can get out of his dress uniform."
Will chuckled again. "I don't blame him."
Meanwhile, Deanna was getting ready for the ceremony. She was fussing with her hair when Guinan approached her.
"Need some help?" Guinan offerred.
"I can't get my hair just right." Deanna replied with frustration.
Guinan got closer to Deanna and began to fix her hair. "You know, it's about time you two got married. I've been waiting for this day for a long time."
"I agree." Beverly enterred the room and was hearing what Guinan just said to Deanna.
"Beverly." Deanna greeted by way of the mirror in front of her.
"You almost ready?" Beverly asked.
"I think so." Deanna replied. "Just nervous."
"You'll do fine." Beverly informed Deanna. "They say they are almost ready upstairs."
"Do you think this was the right decision?" Deanna asked them both.
"Yes I do." Guinan replied. "You and Will are perfect for each other."
"I don't know. Maybe I shouldn't. I mean, he broke my heart once and cheatted on me." Deanna fretted. "What if he does it again? This time we'll be married, if he does."
"He won't!" Beverly assured. "Will loves you deeply and would never do that again."
"This is true." Deanna replied. "I just hope you are right."
The wedding bells begun to ring. They were Betazoid wedding bells. Will wanted them for Deanna, even on Earth for their ceremony. Keiko O'Brien and Alyssa Ogawa enterred the room.
"There's our que to get ready to make your grand entrance soon." Keiko stated. "You ready?"
"As ready as I'll ever be." Deanna stated.
"What do you think?" Guinan asked Deanna.
"It looks nice." Deanna replied. "Thank you, Guinan."
They all left the room and were prepared to make their entrance just as the nineth bell rung. Guinan was to enterred first. Followed by Alyssa, Keiko, and then Beverly. Molly lead Deanna's way down the aisle as the flowergirl.
Deanna could feel her hands sweating as she held her bouquet of flowers in front of herself. Her hands shook ever so slightly, just as the wedding march begun to play. She was really wishing Chandra was here for the Earth wedding too and that her father was also giving her away here on Earth, but instead she was to walk down the aisle by herself for the Earth ceremony.
Well, not entirely alone. Molly was in front of her. However, Molly was so nervous that she forgot to throw the rose petals down on the floor.
It was no matter though, because when Deanna saw Will, she could not take her eyes off of him. He looked so handsome in his dress uniform. She smiled when she sensed Will's thoughts on how she looked.
"My God! She's beautiful! The most beautiful bride I have ever seen!"
She took her placed beside him and smile. "Thank you." She sent to his mind.
Will smiled back at her. "No, thank you!" He sent back to her.
"Not only for your thoughts, Imzadi, but for the bells too." She sent one last time, before Picard began the ceremony.
Day Ten
On the tenth day of Christmas my Imzadi gave to me:
A ten day honeymoon.
Deanna's POV
Will and I had a wonderful ten day honeymoon. What a wonderful Christmas it was for us. Ten days of enjoying each others company. Foreplay galore. Love making like we've never done it before and more.
There was even one time Will asked me to ride the Magic Mountian. What a ride it was too! The climax of it all was out of this world! However, I think Will enjoyed my playing with his mind though. At one point during our honeymoon, it seemed like I blew his mind. I would give details, but I'm afraid I would embarass myself.
I can't remember when Will and I have ever had this much fun since the Jalara Jungle. That's where the bond began and now, I believe the bond is complete.
Not too many people can say that. Very few people ever find their soulmate in life. Will and I are just two lucky people who have managed to find each other and when we did, we were definitely meant to be together. I'm just glad we are finally married.
Will's POV
Ten days of nothing but pure pleasure. Every minute was pure pleasure. Not just when we were in the hotel room, but even when we were not in the hotel room. Every show, every shop, even the long walk we took was enjoyable.
Yes, it was a little cool during the evenings, but only because it was Christmas time. We picked Pheonix, Arizona to have our wedding and honeymoon. It was too cold to have it anywhere else this time of year. Unless we had in Australia. Now that would have been a great place for a wedding and honeymoon!
The only problem we had was having to leave Pheonix right after our wedding. We had an assignment we had to do first, but once we finished that we came back to Pheonix for our honeymoon.
Now where was I? Oh yes. I was talking about what we did on our honeymoon. The dancing was wonderful. We danced in the moonlight. We danced at a nightclub. We had ourselves a real ball dancing the night away the other night.
However, I'd be remissed if I did not say that I really enjoyed the quality time we had alone in our room. It was wonderful, especially when we laid like spoons. Only this time, I was behind her and it was very sensual. I really believe she enjoyed that too. The sensation of it all was out of this world!
She was great too. She arranged for room service one morning. Then she brought breakfast to me in bed. That was really nice of her.
I never knew what the word Imzadi meant when we first met, but I have since come to know the meanig of the word. It does go much deeper than just the every day word of soulmate. Far deeper. I can not put its meaning into words, but I can say I do understand now.
